And it's a wrap! Check out what happened in October 2025!
My 2024 books read—a paltry three instead of my usual 20 or so—but have been working steading on my new novel. The best of these is Craig Johnson’s Tooth and Nail—a thrilling mystery set in Alaska.

Picasso said that painting is a way of keeping a diary. The Blue Book is an example of such a diary. A diary, both in words and images, tells us that we can keep in sight the daily sublime. All we need to do is pay attention, with an equal eye, to everything around us. Beauty exists only if you notice it. Don't let your life pass unnoticed. books i read in 2023: the rehearsals by annette christie
if it's too much work from the beginning, that's a bad sign. but if things are mostly great, you laugh a lot together, you love a lot together, you genuinely want to spend time together, then the work becomes part of it.
