1) Boobiegate wasn’t planned to end babygate. CelebTM and Louis' team are in opposites sides. Straus and Nik Richie are connected and that’s why he didn’t go to TMZ or any other major tabloid. CelebTM is trying to get clicks over babygate and trying to “force” an ending single handed. Louis’ team made Straus drop the lawsuit and that’s it, they didn't have the intention to end it like this. If CelebTM is forcing a pat test now, that lead us to three more options: 

1.1) they fake a test saying he’s the father, and we hit a dead end, since that’s the only way out of babygate

1.2) they take this opportunity to end it although it wasn’t the original plan

1.3) they refuse, no pat test.

Problems with it: If Louis’ team had no intention to end it and they want people to believe Freddie is Louis’ son and they are being forced to end like this... well, then they're really letting CelebTM make a huge fuss out of it aren't they? Why? Why are they letting them “force” anything? They’re not too big to take it down… no rep statement? nothing? no one cares? why big tabloid are missing the chance of getting loads of clicks with this? 

2) Boobiegate was planned to end babygate. CelebTM and Louis' team are working together. It was all fake, that’s why they’re not going to court, fake stuff don’t hit the court. Maybe even CelebTM is fake, it's all a stunt. They’re going to use it as a backstory for when it hits major tabloids.
