Rogerio Bontorin decisions Magomed Bibulatov.
I had it 2-1 Bontorin. Don’t think there’s anything wrong with going with Megomed Bibulatov.
It’s a shame they’re taking a hatchet to this division because that was a pretty damn good fight. I wonder how many judges were swayed by that final minute where Bontorin hurt Magomedov to the body, forced him to shoot a little too hard and got him down and his back. Magomedov had to fend off rear nakeds on the ground in rounds 1 and 3 which led to long stretches of control for Bontorin. I liked Magomedov’s offense on the feet, primarily his commitment to the body which Bontorin gave him. Rogerio started to go to the body more in the third round and I think it opened the door for him to rally late. Really hope we see more of both dudes.
