Bones (My kitten, now a about 14 months old) is weird when he wants attention.
Ally, our other kitty, will violently nuzzle people and slam her head into them to get their attention.
But Bones will, if I'm at my desk, stand up on his back legs and poke my arm with his paws.
When he "nuzzles", he won't do it normally, he'll gingerly place his face onto your fingers without any further movement.
When we took him to the vet in January, the vet told us that he most likely has a underdeveloped cerebellum, that his mom most likely caught something while pregnant with him. So he has a bit of balance and coordination issues.
