Anyone got any ideas about how to start drawing? As in, the most basic of things for someone who knows pretty much no theory and can barely draw a stickman? Like art elements, perspective etc. Everything feels intimidating and there's a lot of books/videos, but Idk what would be a good start 🥺
I really want to learn, but pretty much everyone is really vague about materials/resources and the only advice that always sticks out (and I get it, but I have no idea WTF I'm doing with it) is to practice. I don't have the money for courses either, so anything is much appreciated 🙇
P.S.: in case anyone's wondering, yes, I wanna draw Chrollo - he's not my muse for nothing after all 🤷

Someone beat me up or threaten me so I can finally finish those requests that have been rotting in the confines of my drafts folder!
I continued writing one of the requests...barely wrote 5 paragraphs...and my computer froze, didn't work no matter what I pressed or did (including mouse movement), so I had to shut it because it's like 6 AM right now...
So yeah...someone send some threats/motivation so I can kick my ass into gear already!!!

I know I haven’t posted anything for the past couple of days and I’m very sorry for that. I had some assignments to do (also some homework I completely forgot about and stayed up late to do it 😂) but there’s also another reason why, but for now, it’s a secret, only one mutual knows about this because I’ve been talking with her about it 😏
Let’s just say that... maybe, by the end of the week (if I’m lucky and I have enough skill and patience), I might show everyone what I’ve been doing (yes, it’s still procrastinating, but for a noble - and personal - cause 😂).
As soon as I’m done with this thingy of mine, I’ll go back to writing everyone’s requests - I’m extremely excited for some of them 😍
