1. Favorite song of 2013.
Seriously has to be "She Keeps Me Warm" by Mary Lambert. Excuse me while I listen to that song and cry happy little tears at how adorable it is.
2. Most cherished childhood memory.
A whole bunch from growing up. But I think I like the ones where I get the whole backseat to myself while my dad is driving and my mom is in the passenger seat and we're going somewhere for a long car trip. Either the one where we're making the trip to Sasebo, Japan or driving to Las Vegas. Full of reststops and things to see. Always an adventure.
I just love traveling. The journey.
3. The place you want to go back to.
The places I want to go back to don't exist anymore. Everything is just a memory. It's all past. I'd love to go back to that exact moment I was there at that point in my life as I was experiencing it with the people I was with.
Make new memories.

6. A scar that tells a story about you.
There are scars on my scalp. You can only see them if you're the right kind of taller than me and my hair is parted a certain way. My mom was having a difficult time delivering me, so they doctor did a scalp testing to monitor the oxygenation of my blood. I wasn't even supposed to be delivered then. Totally unexpected so much that my dad went on a training exercise with his unit. He had to go back to base too.
Just thinking about how my life could have ended before it even began. And I imagine my mom would see those scars when she would comb my hair when I was younger. And why I don't have another scars from childhood because she was hella over protective.
7. Any recurrent dreams?
Not really? I do have dreams about being back in middle school or high school. And it's everyone in my life all together on a road trip or something like that.
8. Favorite word, and why.
Nakasimangot. It's frowning or to frown in Filipino. I like how it sounds. And it makes me think of my pug. And how my nieces are always asking why he's so sad all the time. And it's like. That's just his face.
9. Is there a plan, hope or dream you want to see fulfilled this year?
Pass my classes.
10. Is your head up in the sky or are your feet on the ground?
Head in the sky, I think. I'm never thinking about the present. My mind is always somewhere else.
