i wouldnt wear makeup at all hahaha 

but since u are! i would recommend wearing a foundation/bb cream with spf in it! (if u do get one make sure the active spf ingredients are titanium dioxide and/or zinc oxide cuz anything else is usually bad) i currently use the It Cosmetics your skin but better cc+ cream! it also doesnt make ur skin look ugly if u sweat. also try not to cake ur face haha ur skin will hate u (a foundation that is really light and not that much coverage tbh but is still better than nothing is the Glossier skin tint! it doesnt have spf though :/)

sun screen before any makeup tho! i use bare minerals prep step spf 50 sun screen ! it doesnt leave the white streakiness its gr8 (maybe just try to find a primer w spf in it?)

for mascara id recommend the maybelline great lash waterproof hydrofuge mascara (that shit is impossible to get off w water) 

try to go with more creamy blushes and/or bronzers! powdery makeup doesnt do well w sweat and hot weather
