BUT IM MORE CONCERNED WITH THE TEAR IN MY SKIN AND THE BLEEDING THATS WHY I SHOWED UP AT THIS GODDAMNED PODUNK HOSPITAL'S ER BECAUSE ALL OTHER HOSPITAL SERVICES ARE CLOSED 

also you should probably actually look at the bleeding tear in my body, not just try to avoid it. im here because im worried that a vulnerable part of my body is infected, not because i enjoy showing up at hospitals panicking, SURPRISE

really not here for you to judge my life decisions. actually just here because im bleeding a lot and there's like, a big gaping tear, and there had been a bumpt here for for a while before it evolved into this bullshit. 

also, if you have a patient CLEARLY panicking, you could like say something nice, or reassuring? instead of refusing to make eye contact and saying "that's not my expertise"
