I’ve had the body composition scale for a week. It’s been interesting. My weight was slowly going down. It went up one day. I was a little discouraged. Then, I lost 2 pounds according to this morning’s weigh in. It’s the lowest weight since I started. I don’t think it’s very healthy to lose 2 pounds in a day. Yesterday was weird, though. I ate a lot less than usual. It was under my calorie range for the day. Walked around a little more. I’ve been losing body fat, too. My body water went up. I don’t know why that’s been mostly increasing each day. I lost muscle mass according to today’s. I don’t want to lose muscle. That was slowly increasing before. Bone mass has been interesting. It dipped for a couple of days, and now it’s back to where it started. My lean body mass went up. Protein percentage went up. Bmr’s a little less. Visceral fat hasn’t budged since I started. My metabolic age is 37 years old. That’s interesting. Close to my actual age. I think it’s overall a nice tool.
