A major cybersecurity alert has emerged around Bank of Baroda (BoB), with a hacker allegedly claiming to have leaked around 1TB of sensitive banking data on the dark web. The alleged information reportedly includes Aadhaar numbers, account records, loan documents, net banking data, NRI and corporate banking records, and internal branch documents.

However, Bank of Baroda, CERT-In and RBI have not officially confirmed the alleged breach so far. Customers should remain cautious, monitor their accounts, avoid suspicious links and never share OTPs, PINs or CVVs.
