After a hard day of island exploration we decided on the Bluewater Grill recommended by a taxi driver. Liz had scored some tequila the night before with some orange juice and we had had a couple of cocktails inside out cottage at the Hermosa Hotel before dinner. We discovered that the Bluewater Grill had an hour and a half wait. So we moved down the boardwalk to people watch. It only took an hour. We were seated out side on the far right corner of the outside Dinning area. It was a perfect place to be. We were served sourdough and butter. OMG, it was hot and so good. When I saw blackened swordfish I was smitten and so was Liz. We were excited and hungry! The swordfish was stunning and their vegetables were excellent. All served was a grilled lemon - yum! I canβt remember Lizβs quite about the swordfish but she nailed it. Then we celebrated Lizβs birthday for the first time. The dessert was heave to share. @bluewateravalon #bluewateravalon @pulptart @billybennight #swordfish #vegatables #swordfishsteak #catalinaconservancy #food #foodporn #foodie #foodphotography #foodphotographer #photography @lovecatalinaisland #photographer #losangelesphotographer #losangelesphotography #photographerslife (at Bluewater Avalon) https://www.instagram.com/p/CFv-KMHDlch/?igshid=hp2c45dfwc53
