“Really now?” Adara asked, turning her head to glance at her hair, ponytail undone as it was swept over her shoulder. Well, it was nice. Soft waves, smelled often of strawberries from her shampoo... yeah, it was nice. Decent, at least.

“Fancy seeing you around. I thought it might’ve been the alcohol but your hair really is god awful,” a chuckle passed Jackie’s lips as she stuffed her hands into her jacket’s pockets. “I guess I should thank you somehow for the other day right? Unfortunately they don’t exactly make cards for the occasion.”

How would those cards turn out anyway? They’d be awkward as hell, that was for sure.
