The Cracker Island 'Kiss'
Ok, I'm calling it right now. Murdoc DIDN'T kiss Moon Flower in Cracker Island and I think I can back this up.
/First is the glaringly obvious point that it would make NO DAMN SENSE. Why would Murdoc kiss the woman who tried to kill his singer when he's been SO worried about him? True, Noodle did mouth the word 'asshole' but we don't yet know the context in which she said it. She could have called Moon Flower an asshole. The camera cuts away from Murdoc and Moon Flower to show everyone looking shocked and dumbfounded which leads me to my next point.
/Why would everyone look so horrified at Murdoc kissing an old lady? One cop even draws their GUN at the sight we don't see which is a bit extreme all for a kiss. Unless he's terrified at the huge age gap between Murdoc and Moon Flower but I say that in jest. Also, Murdoc has stated that it 'appears' he's sharing a smooch with Moon Flower. He didn't outright confirm that's what was happening.
/If you've seen the 'O brother where art thou?' tiktok, you can hear the genuine concern in Murdoc's voice as he fills us in that 'Stuart' (yes, he called him by his true name) has not come crawling back. He even asks him to 'come home to us'. He's sent him repeated texts begging for him to come back and even admitted that 'he's not a bad bloke' while looking over his shoulder at the video playing behind him of The Lost Chord where 2D comes back to save him by pulling Murdoc into the portal. I reckon Murdoc leaned in to suck out the aura Moon Flower took from 2D. Or the demonic presence within her.
