So when it comes to affirming and persisting, should I be delusional? I know I should be but yk something just stops me. I feel ashamed kinda or jus weird

Also should I also ignore what I see in the mirror(3D) and just keep being delusional as if I already had my desired features?

being "delusional" is sort of still accepting that what you want isn't attainable. i would suggest first to check the language you use with your mind so you can program yourself to receive your stuff (desires).

when it comes to affs, repeating them until their a natural train of thought is what makes mirror (3D) push it out. so you're not being delusional, you're thinking about what you have. does this make sense?

allow yourself to feel things in your reality where you need to but remind yourself that's not final and that's only your human self going through the motions of existing on this plane. your god-self knows better so don't sweat it too much, just don't force yourself to check out for the sake of checking out. that's not healthy bby, it's okay to feel things but circumstances still don't matter!
