Yes he did! Jesse isn’t quite the artist red teams Jeremy is, but he likes to doodle on things and can follow a stencil.
Before BLU he did some graffiti here and there and some simple stick and poke tattoos on his friends, but doing full tattoos on your boss whomps an ex con and a gang member and could break you in half with two fingers is very different.
Ivan doesn’t mind though, most of his tattoos were made with pen ink and a sewing needle so he’s not too picky.

Right arm: Skull ring (robber), OMYT (translates to "I am hard to get away from"), barbed wire (life sentance), scorpion (prison time, seen combat), flames (prison time with Nikolai)
Left arm: FRITZ (Friedrich, his lover), xxx (three escape attempts), three nails (memento mori; remember death), winged heart (his angel and his medic), orthodox cross (his faith), HB (Heavys Boys, coldfront)
Legs: Stars ("I kneel to no one"), rose and dagger (incarserated before the age of 18)
Torso: Swallows ("I love and cherish freedom"), mountain and sunflower (his former home in Ukraine and his current home Coldfront), spider facing down ("I have left the criminal life behind"), russian cathedral (faith and number of sentances), moth in spiderweb (personal struggles overcome)
Back: cross and skull (standing up to authority and comitting murder)
The scars on his back is from his father, the bullet holes on his arm and the one on his thigh and ribs are from his time in a polish gang, the one on his chest is from teh überheart transplant.

The only one roaming around the base id Dickhead the Cat. The rest sit in their enclosures in Nicks tower (his room) where Ivan has never been.
Dickhead is a friend to all but Ivan doesn't go near it if he can help it.
