hey! So sorry for the random ask, but could you please share more of the lore around Dando, especially the Daniel giving Lando his shirt at a party thing you mentioned in the post I linked to? I’m so intrigued!

howdy partner! this lore finds us in late may of 2023 (the 29th according to my first saved pics). daniel and lando are in their post-teammate era and have ended up at the same little beach bar/club. there are different theories about whether they were chilling on a yacht together, but what we have gathered is that at first lando was on a boat with his friends and then they pull up to this party to hang out with daniel and co. and lando was likely only wearing some pink board shorts.

(i thought i had a vid of him paddle-boarding but i can only find the same screenshot in the post linked above. instead, have a bonus pic posted a few days after the party on lando's insta, where he’s wearing the same pair of pink shorts (and for some reason jorge martin is thirsting after him in the comments)

towards the beginning, daniel is seen in the yellow enchante matching set from his own merch line

as the day progresses, pics and vids start dropping of lando and daniel talking next to this flower plant, with matching flowers in their hair. and suddenly lando is wearing daniel’s shirt

so then lando returns to whatever water vessel he washed in on, still wearing the shirt

and finally, daniel posts The Picture Ever of lando later that same week, with the caption ‘bisous’ (kisses)

in my extremely biased opinion, it’s #TRUE on both counts. i was drawn to bez immediately and couldn’t really pinpoint why. then i found out that bez was born on nov.12th (98) and lando was born on nov.13th (99) so. both little scorpio freaks <3. i find them to be pretty different in key parts of their personality, but i do find some their manner of speaking / the way they express themselves to be very similar. the way they talk about racing is reminiscent of each other, as well as the way they fit themselves into a team environment, and some of the ways they handle their respective fame. to me, despite being a bit shy, bez is a big personality in the moto paddock but seems to receive less vitriol than lando does (that i’ve seen, but i’m also pretty new here) because of that, and also because of the way he just is by nature, i find bez to be much more Earnest and far less prickly than lando. he’s got that dogboy rizz down (head of empty, pure of heart) where as lando can be a bit more black cat coded.
