Hello!! Today I was playing through Lopera's Story and I joke to my friends "Damn she should get a mom 'cause 3 of her father figured ende dup betraying her"
And now imagine, Lopera sitting with Tooth Fairy as she tries to explain her math homework but both have no idea what is going on (They both pester Madam Z in the end)
Damn lol
I'd make the argument that TF is used to kids like Lopera (looks at SPDM), but this is a Zeno soldier; the maths that SPDM and Zeno do, I assume, are different
Reminds me of an old Thomas Sanders vine lol
Madam Z would just look at TF in mild disappointment (come on girl your gf taught you better than this)

*Shyly steps in* Uhm, hi I barely send asks 😔 *throws at you the art I made of your Oneself AU and jumps out the window*
The fragments!! Idk if you told people about them but now you're obliged to!
I still need to make an official art of Gaucho but worry not!!! I will!! Someday!
THE GODS HAVE GIVEN ME AN ASK AT LONG LAST
Oh hey that rhymes
(Whistles @palepigeon /silly)
Anyways, hi and thanks again for the art ^v^
And hey, take your time, friend 🙏
Brief explanation time;
Gaucho is the version of Recoleta from Oneself's Timeline, but her 'fragments' only appeared after she killed Aleph and took the Die of Babylon for herself.
Now for the Fragments;
The Soldier: The Fragment who serves directly under The King. She's normally masked, and is incredibly quiet. She's, ironically in that way, the voice of reason. She normally executes The King's demands, unless they truly do not make sense. She was originally gonna have just a musket, but then hey. Sword 💅
'Recoleta': The oldest of the Fragments, and the one who is closet to canon Recoleta. The blue around her hand is actually because she's, well. Breaking apart, like in canon, too. She's what remains of Gaucho's past self, before she went insane, all those years ago...
The Poet: Or as I call her, LowTierPoet /j
She's a pain in The King's ass, always weaving poems and tales of splendid adventure... yet, unknown to her, The Poet is the one who keeps the prison with subjects (prisoners) to rule over. Why? No one knows. (🙂↕️🏳️🌈)
The King: Ruthless, smug, and yes that's a reference to KING. She keeps the Die around her neck, out of anyone's hands. Unlike a certain someone in canon, she takes a more public approach with her ruling, often bringing herself out with The Soldier to discuss and to speak about any news in the prison, or outside of it.
Just got this one thought in my head and was like "I need to tell someone"
How do you think the critters and enemies react to watching Vertin be like "Hold on I gotta prepare my team" and start listing their weaknesses?
It's so silly because I can't play without imagining them just staring and waiting for us to push out a couple characters to beat the loving shit out of them.
Oh, heya! 👋
Well that's an interesting topic; Afflatus is something that is in the actual universe, in-game. Of course, how people discover their own Afflatus is of yet unknown, I think, but let's just say they learn it as a part of just, knowing. Like it's something that tells you it at birth, or something you're used to, like being left or right handed.
Now, seeing this lanky, top hat wearing girl starting to list off their Afflatus? She might as well have told them what their IP address was lol
Like imagine being a Plant Afflatus Carbuncle, and seeing Vertin go,
"Plant. Spathodea, you're up."
And then you get upper-cutted by some Aussie /silly
That's my thoughts on it currently; feel free to add your own! :D

Now that we have introduced the fragments of Gaucho, let's talk about the woman herself! (Trumpet sounds)
Ahhh but what to talk about her... Pre-recovery arc Gaucho, shall we?
*stands there as I have no idea what to say to fill up the ask* 😞
Waves, does a dance
Right, hoo boy buckle thy fuckles mine friends /lh
Gaucho is... interesting.
Before that little incident, she was basically just. Recoleta.
But then, she met Aleph and, somewhere during it, he died. And then, the Die was hers.
The Fragments all (minus 'Recoleta') know that they all split off from Gaucho. And, they know that her survival is needed for them, too.
So, naturally, The King locks her in a room that only the Die can access and only gives her food on occasions. Amazing, isn't she?
Gaucho slowly went more insane. Days turned to weeks. Weeks, to months. Months, to years. Paper and ink turned to the walls and ink... and then her own blood.
She stopped feeling many things during that time. She only knew that she had to, HAD TO, finish her novel.
A mere draft, if at that. A lifetime of writing, of pain...
...Swiftly made untrue, when that door opened, and in stepped 'Recoleta' and a white-haired woman.
I just had a thought while listening to Reasons (1.9 EP) and I HAD to tell you, and Perhaps this might be obvious to anyone who heard the song and I'm just realizing now 😓
Do you think the song is Sophia's thoughts and feelings directed at someone? When it says "Save me, heal me" and "Save me, fix me", could she be talking to 37?
Because during the song we see her switch from uncertain to certain and the song switches from "What are the reasons" to "I know the reasons"
Am I delusional? 😔
(I haven't finished chapter 7 bc I don't wanna cry so I'm just theorizing to lessen the coming pain)
Nope, you're not delulu o7
Spoilers for the rest of 1.9 under the cut c:
Sophia doesn't have the answers. She's reaching conclusions on information given to her, but only on one side.
She doesn't realise that 37 didn't care she was Irrational. To her, Sophia is just Sophia.
But Sophia, led away by Arcana, didn't see that. She saw herself as dirt, not the gem that shone in that cave 37 was in.
Ironically, Sophia is now the prisoner in the cave. And it's a cave of her own making.
As for the "save me" lines, just like intrusive thoughts, it's the part of Sophia telling her to go back, fix what happened, before it's much too late.
But, just like all other Apeirons, she is stubborn. And she turned herself away from The Truth.
