I loved the way they serve the beer, they pour the beer in the glass, and the last drops (together with the #yeast and sediments) are served in a shot glass. This to avoid the earhty flavors of the sediment to go into the #beer. You can combine the beer with small sips of the yeast to see how the flavor changes.
