Yep, that's some GF blodpudding fried in the grease from a few slices of the bacon. (The piece that's left came out crunchier than I generally want, but gotta render out plenty of grease!) With sides of leftover boiled potatoes and pickled beets that I further cut up into suitable sized pieces to stack on top of a bite of other food.
I did consider reheating the taters by also throwing them into the skillet, but nah. That felt too much like work.
Should probably grab some more vegetable matter, but hey. This is actually just about what I needed tonight.
