Blocker Billy: A Southern Bootlegger looking to make it big for himself, but he somehow always ends up romping with the wrong crowd. Despite his big brother always warning him to never take any wooden nickels, Billy always manages to get himself into sticky situations, only letting his dumb luck help him out of any tight bind when he needs it.
Officer Will: A bluenose Bull who’s got a short fuse for trouble-making fat cats and for his kid brother’s wacky antics on the lamb. He’s as straight-laced as they come and despite being the Rookie on the force, he has a lucky streak for catching crooks faster than anyone. If only he could catch that Bad Luck Betty and keep her and her cats off the streets.
