much like asahi, suga’s been thinking about the end of their high school career. the end is drawing uncomfortably neat, and while it was inevitable, it didn’t make it hurt any less. so what does suga do in the face of an impending life crisis and the biggest change he’ll probably ever have to go through ? lay on the gym floor in total silence and darkness as my heart will go on echoed around him. he was more than content to just lay there and let the music take him away, until asahi oh so rudely interrupted him.

suga rests his hands on his hips, looking up at asahi expectedly. he knows his friend’s got a tender heart, but he was still adamant that asahi could have a little confidence in himself. so the setter doesn’t back off, but he doesn’t push either. he stands his ground firmly, and the message is clear. but even if it wasn’t, suga still voices it.
