Why are we still having the same conversation? I came from a colored family (my mothers side) and a white family (my father, and step-family). My colored family was in poverty. My White family was wealthy except for the black sheep. Ahhhh! Even that unconscious saying is racist. The origins of sayings we use but never think of. Until now. I've always been aware but it was an undercurrent. I've always tread these Waters. I can't ignore being underwater anymore or what this Water is made of. I'm tired of fighting to survive and fearing for my life.
