#blinkee tutorial

helloo !! ya i can totally tell u how i make blinkies !!!

^^^ these are the bases i use for my blinkies, i overlay them in ibis paint x (keep them on separate layers). you can color them wtv color u want, what i do is add the color, save the pic, and then swap them to get the flashing effect. you can add whatever text, images, etc you'd like i use ezgif.com to make it into a gif, all u have to do is add the images and export it, and for the delay time (what makes it flash fast or slow) i use 30 but u can do wtv you want i hope this helped !!! im not the best at explaining >_>;;
