                And there she lay too , those nine large fluffy appendages curling around the ever beautiful darkin next to her -- softly caressing , comforting  & even snaring themselves around him to ensure varus was enjoying himself after all its not often a man gets to indulge within her tails & that is because varus is not just a man but MUCH better .  

how precious he is to this world , in her humble opinion , much like herself to be one of a kind he too is one of a kind despite the other darkin that existed. The fox simply laid there ‘pon her side observing his before curling up into a small ball right next to him even allowing a singular velvety claw to lay lax along his midsection .

The breath of life coursed through his lungs,forcing a heavy yet blooded cough to gush from the pair of chapped lips. Ears stillringing from the reigning chaos, light headed from the blood loss.What happened? He thought to himself, trying to recollect his scenes, visionadjusting to the blinding light. It was upon seeing the sea of corpses that ithit the Brunet like a truck.The temple... The War... How long was I out?There was no time to lick wounds, Varus would force himself up using what remainedof his bow. Taking a last glimpse at the bloodshed before limping towards theheavily fortify doors. Digits brushing it before sighing in relief.Yes, it was still in..the runes are still holding up..Yet the towering smog had shivers running down his spin.No the village..A wave of panic overwhelmed the Ionian, rushing towards the gates despite hisinjuries.Please be safe..Further in the distance was an armored horse that probably escaped from the troupes.Carefully approaching it, Varus would climb upon it and gallop as fast as it could.Heart slamming against his chest, fear and worry clearly displayed within thosenow golden hues.Please be safe..The lump in his throat was tightening the closer he got, gaze registering everyinch of the massacre.Why... all we wanted was peace..Another rush of adrenaline has flashed within the Archer as he jumped down theanimal. Ignoring the flashes of pain coursing through his body.No..no..no..His eyed widened to their maximum at the gaze of his very home on fire, doorlaying feet away from the entrance. Blood sprayed over the grass and walls.He called out for them, desperately; but no answer.No...please...And that was where his heart sank, tears racing down his own bloodied cheeks.Unable to hold the waves of emotions overwhelmed the Warden.Holding what used to be his son and wife.A faint silhouette of wings protecting him from the raging flames.Yet nothing could extinguish the burning hatred exploding through his veins.Carrying the two bodies out, the man that came from the flames was changed. Aforce not to be reckoned with.They will pay.. every single one of them...Having to bury his own family with his bare hands. The hunt has now began, butfirst he needed to grow stronger.There was no turning back now..

        𝐊𝐀𝐘𝐍 𝐒𝐏𝐄𝐀𝐊𝐒 𝐓𝐎 𝐓𝐇𝐄 𝐒𝐓𝐑𝐀𝐍𝐆𝐄 𝐏𝐑𝐄𝐒𝐄𝐍𝐂𝐄 𝐁𝐄𝐅𝐎𝐑𝐄 𝐇𝐈𝐌 𝐖𝐈𝐓𝐇 𝐀 𝐓𝐎𝐍𝐄 of respect in his voice; though he houses one of the ancient Darkin, he does not want to antagonize another—he already has enough work on his hands to keep Rhaast in check. ESPECIALLY when he is screaming at the top of his lungs for this ( Varus ? ) to notice him. It is foolish; Kayn doubts that even Rhaast’s brethren can possibly FREE him from his confines. It would take an intense level of power, one that, though powerful, he cannot sense radiating out of the other. 

    His voice is unsettling. Purple talons reach out for him with all the intent of a PREDATOR, & while Kayn’s better judgement tells him to move away, Rhaast’s incessant desperation keeps him stood in place. To his surprise, the Darkin doesn’t hurt him; his nails don’t even scrape into his skin as he would’ve expected. Perhaps it’s because of how Rhaast coils & struggles beneath his flesh—as the seconds pass, his Darkin grows less hopeful & more painfully restless. Kayn’s lips twist into a grimace at the uncomfortable sensation; though as his eyes meet Varus’ gaze, fearlessly, he has the urge to smile : FINALLY, Rhaast gets a taste of his own fucking medicine.

    WHY DOES HE NOT FREE ME ?
