Another band i’ve already written about, Blight Worms from Australia with another split here, they continue with their heavy hitting intense grindcore that had me from their debut EP. The other band here is from Australia as well, they had a demo out in 2016 which was quite good, here they have much better sound and some short and mathy powerviolence tracks really similar to Iron Lung. Two fast bands from Australia. Diploid is from Melbourne, they operate with male/female vocals and have a kind of noisy appeal to it - both in their general sound, but the second track on their side is full on noise. They’re on the border of grind and pv, a bit closer to the latter. Blight Worms from Canberra is way less complicated, they’re doing straightforward, in-your-face, non-stop grindcore, and i like their side a bit more.
