Good for me for being confrontational I guess.  I am never going to get used to doing that, though.  I hate being the person to bring things up, usually I'm so awful that I never have to (it's always the other person), but if they don't do it then I am forced to and it's not how I like to be but damn it at least I explain things the best I can.  Being mature is doing the right thing even if it feels awful and it disturbs your peace.  I used to avoid bringing up anything that would bother me for the sole purpose of maintaining the guise that everything was alright, and proudly proclaim, "Oh, no, we never even fight!".  But if you are not having disagreements and creative discussions, you must be sweeping things under the mat, because contrast and conflict are just a part of relations with people.  I just wonder how much of an impact this is going to have on my mental/physical health.
