What's the best ice cream flavor
Y'all will mass unfollow me if I say pistachio like the fact that such an opinion is backed up by so instead I'll describe this strawberry shortcake ice (which I just tried to spell ise and istg I'm not even that drunk it's fully the combination of throwing up all day for I Can't Eat Food reasons and then adding some wine on top of that bc one must be social among family I guess) cream I had at an amusement park back in middle school
You know those strawberry shortcake pops that they sold on the ice cream trucks and sometimes at the snack line in school for some reason? These bastards?
This ice cream was not like these. It was like. Whole fresh strawberries folded into a cream custard, not even vanilla really just a sweet cream that was so light and delightful and it really let the fruit and fresh cake pieces they folded into it shine. And the cake was like, that sweet ass white sheet cake birthday cake you'd get at rich kids birthday parties? But they baked it on site and you could SMELL it from the entrance I'm about to cry lol. Plus just straight up Knotts berry farm or maybe Polaner All-Fruit strawbjam drizzled on top that then became kinda frozen and kinda not so sometimes while you're eating it it was like chewing on a fruit roll up and other times it was like a sundae.
I'm 79 years old so this was before cold stone was even a thing, but during the era when Polaner All-Fruit was a thing apparently, it was just some dudes in a cartoon dog outfit making the best god damned iced crémme i have ever ever had.
