Bleach Chapter 612
OMG! This chapter felt so fresh. I was so relieved to see Rukia (her lack was hard to endure!), Renji, Hirako (!), Hinamori (!) and the others again, get information on the other lieutnants and commanders. It's been so long since I felt that the plot moved or actual chapter had useful information. Seriously, I felt it was the best chapter so far xDTo be honest, the things going on in Royal Realm weren't that interesting for me. Zero Squad got completely destroyed, Ichibei vs. Juha Bach was decent but monoton and the elite Sternritter are like their colleagues: strong, stiff with no personality.
My worries were towards Soul Society. Seriously, I couldn't care less about RR all the time. Kubo left so many fates hanging in the air, best example is Yachiru. Where the heck is she? How were Ikkaku and Yumichika doing? They were left laying half-dead on the ground, the same goes for Kenpachi. All these unknown facts drove me crazy! Intsead of answering questions Kubo came up with even more. Yoruichi's brother was an annoying introduction... As if we hadn't enough of filler characters, 1/3 of the character's location/well-being was unknown at that moment.
But does anyone know why we haven't heard of Rangiku and Hitsugaya? Shouldn't they be with Mayuri? After all he took care of Zombie!Kensei and Zombie!Rose. And if I'm not mistaken, Zombie!Rangiku was with those 3 as well when they reached Bykuya and Hisagi (boy, how are you doing by the way?!). It's weird that Urahara didn't hear of those two...(゚Д゚|||)
With Rukia's return on the screen, the possibility of the long-awaited IR reunion might be within reach o(≧▽≦)o. Kubo might have someting amazing up to his sleeve. Perhaps something that will outshine every reunion of Ichgo and Rukia so far? I was worried that Rukia & Co. won't be going up to RR. But thanks Kubo, the shinigamis are back.
It is still a mystery to me why Chad, Ganju and Orihime are up there, but for 'nostalgia'. I'm still very sceptical about their chances to win... Though, it would be cool to see Orihime fighting against one of the Sternritter properly. I know, she is the healer of the group but I just love her ability! Kubo could have done so much with them instead of only developing her healing part. It's a pity. Or a tag-team of Rukia and Orihime would also be great!
Maybe the chances for Ishihime are rising, too. Yeah, Orihime didn't show any signs of falling out of love with Ichigo but fighting against Ishida might trigger something in her... So much that she asks herself what he is to her. ... Nah, that's too complicated for Kubo, I guess. He will stick until the end to 'Orihime liking Ichigo' which is disappointing in a way.
I just hope that plot is now moving on! 612 was actually a good start for Bleach 2015, I have to say. That's why I can say: My motivation for Bleach is back!
