grimmjow (who i think is the one who saved urahara and was probably the one who opened the garganta necessary to get from hueco mundo to the soul society) vs candice (because they're similar in personality and even somewhat in appearance)

sado vs meninas (because honestly they both have really strong upper body strength)

orihime and nel vs giselle (this one might start off slow because no one among the three of them are actually suited for combat but it might start with orihime trapping giselle in a barrier and then focusing on healing kenpachi but then giselle breaks out and forces orihime to fight her; plus, nel's too weak to fight on her own and you'll see that a while back after being attacked by quilge, orihime was holding on to nel to keep her safe)

urahara (?) (or even nel!) vs. liltotto (this one's tricky but i think that if urahara fights liltotto he might be a little turned off at the idea of having to fight a little girl so he holds back on her like ukitake did with lillinette; or, if nel actually does get her own fight, it'd be against liltotto because they're both kids and nel would probably have the help of her brothers to fight but would mostly act as a distraction, although when liltotto proves too much for all of them, nel is forced to transform into her espada form to wipe the floor with liltotto)
