Hey everyone! I know time is a very valuable resource for us all and we never seem to have enough of it during the day, let alone for a great workout! However, our health should have no timetable or limits, and itâs priceless! Here are two workouts you can do at home or on the road, and will give you plenty of time to still watch your favorite show, The Biggest Loser! :)
1. This is a great overall body workout that works your upper body, core, and lower body. Great way to tone up and strengthen all without equipment. Don't have time or the strength to do all 5 Rounds at once? Then pace them throughout the day.
5 Rounds - 10 push-ups, 10 sit ups, 10 air squats
2. The dreaded burpee is tough, but really one of the best exercises you can do without any gym equipment.  Doing the burpee works out your entire body and doing it for time definitely pushes you and your cardiovascular endurance to their limits. Mark your time down and try and beat it at your next attempt!Â
