Just a week until the start of the new Hogwarts year! Time to get into the spirit by fleshing our your witch or wizard with the help of this little character template. It’s completely optional but we do ask the majority of this is under READ MORE as it’s a lot to scroll through. You can simply copy/paste, make a nice banner, picture, whatever, or leave it plain for posting! It just all depends on how you wish to do it.

It is completely optional, of course. Just a bit of fun and helpful musings to consider if you want to participate or even just because you like filling things like this out. Tag  blbctask017 before posting and your set. Good luck students and staff and as always, have fun!

♫ Can you feel the love tonight? ♫ If you can’t, ya better hop to it! Valentine’s Day is right around the corner. So it’s only appropriate that blbctask016 is all about love. For this task, you’ll be mapping our your character’s romantic timeline. Tell us about their ex significant others, their past crushes, their romantic ideals - absolutely anything and everything you’d like to share.

We’ve wanted to find a way to encourage everyone to spread out and interact with new people, and we thought what better way than to hand you the opportunity on a silver platter!

Everyone who likes this post will be paired up with another random muse in the group to write a thread together! We’ll be extra careful to not match anyone up with muses they already have plots with so these threads will all be completely new and organic.

Blbctask014 coming at you!

This week’s task is all about family--whether it be biological family, chosen family, or pets. We want to be able to take a deeper look into the relationships in your character’s lives. There’s no set format for this one - if you want to find faceclaims for everyone in your muse’s life, go for it, if you’d rather write out a little description of them, that’s fine too, or if you’d like to do both, awesome! There’s no set perimeters, so make this task your own.

This is an easy one! We want everyone to post a moodboard for their characters. If you aren’t familiar with moodboards, you can find an example here. You can choose to either do a moodboard for your individual character, a ship, or a friendship!

Coming at you with blbctask010!

This is an easy one! We want everyone to post 5 - 15 headcanons for their characters. These can be about their personality, their wardrobe, their relationships, their past - absolutely anything you want to write about! This is an easy, fun way to get creative with your muses and figure out some fun quirks about them. 

Introducing blbctask009!

Everyone is nosy at times, whether they admit it or not. It’s in our nature. This task appeals to that side of us! Unlike our previous tasks, this one will be semi-mandatory. Everyone will be required to fill out the information below the cut and post it with the tag blbctask009. 

Where the ‘semi’ come in is we also heavily encourage everybody to also post a biography for your character. Biographies help with muse and development so we would absolutely love to see your muses’! If you already have one written, feel free to either link it with the mandatory statistics or copy and paste it into the post. There are no guidelines for this part!

Hello members! We have decided to do a surprise additional Valentine’s Day mini-task: secret admirers! If you choose to participate, your job is to write a note including nice things about the character they received, find a card to go with it, and can also include a small gift (no more than $25)! If you would like your character(s) to be a part of the secret admirer exchange, please like this post. We will be sending out random matches on the morning of Valentine’s Day, Wednesday the 14th, so you have 24 hours (until Tuesday the 13th at 12pm CST) to like this post!

We cannot stress the importance of participating if you like this post. We want absolutely everyone involved to be included and and feel some love for Valentine’s Day!
