#blaster master zero

This game blends metroidvania and top down, twin stick shooter, and switches genre between them.

The story is minimal and kind of silly, but ends in a cliffhanger, so I had to buy the next two right away.

As for the gameplay, both sections are fun. But its kind of annoying how you can’t aim with the other stick in the top down segments, and taking a hit means you lose some of your weapons, so its easy to spiral into death once you start taking damage and can’t use your good weapons anymore.

Apart from that, this game was good! Definitely worth playing the other two.
