What is the chess client you are using? It’s not the main 5D chess client nor is it one of the third party ones I recognize so I’m very curious
Its my own client, a personal project called nDimensional Time Travel Chess
It has basic multiplayer, saving, and loading functionality. The board editor is mostly a dev tool, there's no easy way to get layouts into the game. You can do it but it involves replacing files on both clients so its not great. I develop it on / off (mostly off) and we have a little discord you can find through the itch.io page
