We Need A Hero

Welcome to the first REAL blog/story from BLAKE AT 350°. I’m glad you stopped by. I really truly am. This site and its many off shoots in this digital world have a mission. That mission is:
Celebrate the Food Hero.
A bold mission statement if you ask me, because in this day and age they are hard to find.
Some of these heroes are hidden in corporations that celebrate group think, buried amongst a “raise your hand here” if your agree policy. Only breaking free when they buck the system.
They are everyday people trying to break free from their daily routine in order to experiment in their own kitchens. Others are home brewers, BBQ enthusiast, backyard smoking aficionados, or sausage makers looking to try out their own creations.
Other food heroes include:
Scientists developing the next food break through. Chefs in small town restaurants developing the next big concept. Food companies who are not “me too”. Food companies who understand the customer, the insight. and the passion of food. So welcome to BLAKE AT 350° we’re glad you’re here.
