You spun around slowly in your outfit. You didn’t get dressed up often but when you did you went all out especially when it was for a wedding. “So what do you think?” you asked Blaine, watching him carefully to judge his reaction.
He seemed speechless as he walked towards you. He gestured to you frantically, almost touching you but not quite. “Can I touch you?” he finally blurted out, “I don’t want to mess anything up.”
You giggled and nodded, “You can touch me. It’s fine.”
“I just didn’t want to mess up such a pretty work of art,” he admitted, making you blush as he cupped your face, tenderly.

A/N: This was inspired by Blaine’s recent instagram video and I couldn’t help myself. It was too funny.
Word Count: 565
You giggled as you watched the muscular blond fumble with his phone doing something on instagram or snapchat. You let out a boisterous laugh as he jumped and dropped his phone as it began blaring a familiar and inappropriate song quite loudly.
As he scrambled to pick up his phone he looked over to you as you unabashedly watched the train wreck happening before you. He looked down at his phone then back up at you before jogging over.
“Hey, I’m Blaine,” he held out a hand.
“Y/N,” you chuckled, you reached out and shook it.
“Since you seem to be the only person amused by me right now and not pissed off mind helping me with something really stupid?” he asked with a hopeful sparkle in his eye.
“And get a front row to the show? Fuck yes,” you replied, hopping off the treadmill you weren’t even using at the moment.
“Awesome!” Blaine pumped a fist in the air before leading you back over to the machine he was using. His voice dropped, “Seriously, though thank you. I’ll look less insane with you here.”
“Like you actually have friends?” you teased and bumped his shoulder.
He gave an awkward laugh before shoving his phone into your hands. “Do you mind recording me? Just,” he ran around and held the phone lining it up, “Right there. Oh, and if you don’t mind playing that song queued up. But not too loud! I already caused enough of a scene.”
You shook your head, “Maybe if you played something a little less, well, Childish Gambino.” You looked at him and he looked a little dumbfounded as he got into position, “But always a jam. Fuck it.”
You hit play on the song and let it blast. Blaine groaned as eyes immediately went to the two of you.
“Just go with it!” you called over the song and hit play then gave a thumbs up.
Blaine started to pump, dipping out of the frame and coming back up. You started laughing so hard that you gave up recording and hit stop on everything and walked away to compose yourself.
When you walked back, clutching your chest, Blaine couldn’t look you in the eyes.
“You have to warn a girl before you do that. Holy shit that is hands down the funniest thing I’ve ever seen in a gym.”
His eyes flew up to yours, “Really?”
“Oh my god yes,” you were still giggling, “We’re going to have to record that again though because I shook everything with my laughing.
Blaine grinned, starting to get comfortable, “Take two!”
“This time I’m not looking. Just hitting play,” you lined up the shot again and started the song.
This time as looks were shot your way Blaine ignored it and just focused on you trying not to laugh as he made the same goofy faces. As soon as he was done he grabbed the phone and looked it over with you.
“That was perfect. Thank you!” he grinned over at you as you continued to watch the video. His smile softened as he watched you giggle again at the stupid video he made, “You know. I’m actually done now. If you’re free I’d love to thank you with dinner. If not that’s cool.”
“I’m so free,” you smiled up at him ignoring the fact you hadn’t even started your workout.

“You know I can bring you in for that,” a familiar voice said from beside you as you were scoping out the jewelry store from the window.
“And what would that be? Being too good looking? You should take yourself down to the station in that case Officer Gibson,” you teased, glancing over at him.
He blushed and faltered but only for a moment, “We both know what you're doing.”
“Picking out our engagement ring? I particularly like that one,” you pressed your finger against the window pointing out a large diamond. “What do you think, honey? Too flashy? You’re right. What do you think about that one?”
Blaine just stared at you as you continued to gaze over the jewelry.
You stood and punched his shoulder, “Come on, lighten up. I’m not doing anything wrong and you’re allowed a little fun while you’re on patrol.”
“You’re a criminal and you are very clearly planning to rob this establishment,” he kept up the tough guy facade but you saw right through it.
You took a few steps closer and tugged at the officer’s collar to pull him right against you, “But why would I rob the place when you’re going to buy me something shiny.” You stood on your toes and whispered, “Besides I got bigger and better plans.” With that, you backed away then turned on your heel and waved absently at him, “Toodles!”
“You know I could arrest you for that!” he threatened.
“You just are dying to see me in handcuffs aren’t you, cheeky,” you called over your shoulder, “Maybe if you’re a good boy.”
You may have avoided being caught nicking a few rings from the jewelry store Blaine caught you at but you did manage to get arrested a few days later trying to break into a comic book store.
“A comic book store?” Blaine asked raising an eyebrow as he placed the file down between the two of you.
“I don’t discriminate. Besides you know how much some of those old issues go for,” you smirked leaning forward in your chair.
Blaine’s eyes were drawn to your chest, he cleared his throat and looked back to your eyes, “Not the normal cat burglar outfit is it?”
You puffed up your chest proudly, “Like it? I picked it out just for you.”
A familiar blush appeared and Blaine looked to the mirror knowing his superiors were on the other side watching, “You wore that hoping to get caught?”
“I haven’t seen you in awhile so I figured I’d had to get your attention somewhere, baby,” you flashed him your best smile.
“You know most girls just call,” he replied, actually seeming to get comfortable for once.
“Yeah I would have gotten your voicemail and then I wouldn’t know what to say and then I’d have to wait and wonder if you’d ever call me back and ask me to the prom,” you went on. Blaine actually cracked a smile at that one and you grinned, “So the boy does have a smile. What a nice one too.”
There was a knock on the window and Blaine’s smile dropped and he got serious once again. You stuck your tongue out at the two-way mirror. You felt accomplished as you watched Blaine bite his lip to keep from smiling again.
“Unfortunately, we couldn’t find anything missing and the shop keeper didn’t want to press charges so we’ll have to let you go but take this as a warning. Next time you won’t get off so easy,” he warned.
“What a shame you’ll have to uncuff me before we got to play out any of your fantasies,” you held out your arm, straining the chain attached to the table.
“Another date I suppose,” his tone was steady and serious as he placed the key in the cuffs but for as long as your game of cat and mouse had been going it was a huge for Blaine to make that kind of comment.
As you passed him on your way you bent down and whispered, “Meet me where we first met as soon as your off tonight.”
Blaine shot you a look of confusion as you were escorted out.
You paced back and forth in the small parking lot of the dive bar wondering when Blaine got off or if he was even coming.
“Why would he come?” you mumbled to yourself crossing your arms as you turned again.
“Because he is an idiot,” Blaine answered.
You looked up in surprise and smirked upon seeing your favorite member of the LSPD, “You don’t look half bad out of uniform though I do miss the badge.”
The faintest of smiles appeared on Blaine’s lips, “Why’d you ask me here?”
“Do you remember the first time we met?” you asked, ignoring his question.
He sighed and crossed his arms nodding, “It was my second night on patrol, my partner went in to grab some food, and I caught you looting through cars for spare change.”
“And he came back in the middle of you questioning me and you covered for me. You said I was locked out of my car and that you were just agreeing to drive me home to get my keys,” you finished, “Why’d you do that? Cover for me?”
“I saw how scared you were when I caught you. Besides, you weren’t damaging any of the cars and it was spare change. I figured we’d get you home and that’d be the last we’d see of you,” he explained, “I was so wrong.”
“Do you regret it? Helping me?” you raised an eyebrow as you opened the trunk of your car pulling out a bag.
“I’ve made worse decisions,” he answered.
You laughed, “Fair enough. I have a present for you.”
“A present?” he stepped closer suspiciously. You nodded and held out the bag. He took it carefully and peeked in. “Is that- Did you- You did steal something from that comic book store.”
“I saw you eyeing it a few times and you don’t know I stole it. My record says I’m clean,” you defended and he gave you a look, “At least from the comic book store. I never would have pegged you as a Star Wars nerd but my thanks for everything.”
Blaine held up the little figure and shook his head, “I can’t keep this.”
“Sure you can. I paid for it. The receipt is in the bag,” you pointed out. “I may have asked the shop owner to call the cops for my own pleasure.”
“How did you pay for this? Never mind I don’t want to know,” Blaine sighed.
You took a few steps closer, “So about those fantasies you keep having about me in handcuffs…”
“I don’t have any fantasies,” Blaine shook his head.
“Really? What a shame, I was going to suggest we play a few out tonight,” you smirked, pulling out a pair of handcuffs and dangling between you and Blaine. “Maybe play some good cop, naughty cop.”
He snatched them, “Okay. I may have a few.”
You laughed, “I thought so. Come here.” You grabbed Blaine by the waist and pulled him closer before finally planting a kiss on his lips. As you pulled away you sighed, “You have no idea how long I’ve wanted to do that.”
“I may have an idea,” Blaine grinned before going in for another kiss.
Mondays sucked. They were full of meetings. Usually, you weren’t filming, which you loved being on set. You did occasionally get to sneak in some writing by pretending you were taking notes.
The current meeting was about the next few weeks scheduling so you had to pay attention, meaning you couldn’t spend the time writing. You were able to though kick the front of Blain’s sneakers with your boots here and there and earn a glare from your blond friend. You’d flash a smile at him each time before he turned back to Josh and his notebook.
After a few kicks, Blaine started to return with his own little tap to your boots. You retaliated by wrapping your leg around his. Blaine in return brushed his leg against yours. You weren’t thinking about who was watching you or what the two of you looked like.
Finally, you had a break between meetings and started to head to your office as you waved Blaine goodbye while he walked off with Josh.
You were almost to your office when you heard someone calling your name. You spun around to see Aaron chasing after you. You waited until he caught up. He gestured to your office door and you nodded letting him in before shutting the door behind the both of you.
“What’s up?” you asked concerned as to why he chased you down and didn’t want to just talk in the hall.
“What’s up with you and Blaine?” he asked crossing his arms.
“I’m sorry. What?” you were honestly confused where this was coming from because you and Blaine had always been overly close. He was your best friend after all. You moved around your desk and sat down, setting your laptop down.
“First the bar then today during the meeting. Don’t even get me started on the fake boyfriend thing,” Aaron raised an eyebrow.
“Whoa. Whoa. Whoa,” you held up your hand, “When did Blaine tell you about the fake boyfriend thing? Did he mention it was his idea to go along with it?”
“I asked him if he finally manned up and asked you out since I saw the two of you holding hands in the parking lot on Friday,” Aaron elaborated.
“What do you mean man up?” you were growing more confused by the second.
“Don’t change the subject,” Aaron warned.
“I’m not. Nothing is going on between me and Blaine so there’s nothing to report, Dad. Now what are you talking about?” it was your turn to lean back and cross your arms.
“You’re kidding me, right? You just don’t want to give up flirting with your not boyfriend,” Aaron narrowed his eyes. This was starting to be really out of character for him and you were getting pissed.
“Aaron if this is a joke…” you trailed off.
“A joke? Are you kidding me or are you just blind to the fact that Blaine is in love with you,” Aaron shouted.
It felt like your heart stopped and you could feel the color drain from your face. “I-I-” you were at a lost for words.
Aaron’s face dropped, “You didn’t know. Did you?”
You shook your head no. Eyes watering. You were feeling suddenly overwhelmed.
“I’m going to go. Just talk to him okay. A lot has been going on lately between the two of you and I think you should talk,” Aaron noted.
You numbly nodded as he left your eyes.
“Hey, Y/N,” Eric strolled into your office not a minute after Aaron left. “Oh, hey. Are you okay?”
You shook your head at the intern, “Sorry. I just sort of had a bomb dropped on me.”
“The whole Blaine loving you thing?” Eric asked as your eyes shot up to him. He realized he shouldn’t have heard that and backtracked, “Sorry. I may have heard a little of what Aaron was shouting. I didn’t catch much. Are you okay? Do you love him?”
You placed your face in your hands as everything seemed to just keep coming at you, “I don’t know. I really don’t. I haven’t thought that far ahead or at all. I just sort of need to be alone.”
“O-okay,” Eric nodded understanding, “If you want my opinion though I think you guys actually do make a good couple. I was jealous at first but I get it now. I mean I even saw you kissing on Saturday night. You seemed to love him as much as he loves you.”
You looked back up at him, taken aback once more, “I’m sorry, you what?”
Eric held up his hands, “I promise I wasn’t being creepy. A few of us new guys from broadcast were out on Saturday and we sort of caught you making out with Blaine on the dance floor.”
“Great,” you sighed and placed your forehead on the desk, face down and overwhelmed.
Eric didn’t say anything else, you just heard his footsteps retreat.
After having a massive meltdown for a good five minutes you suddenly realized you needed the one person who could confirm everything.
“Josh!” you shouted running out of your office ignoring the fact he wouldn’t have heard you all the way across stage five. You practically crashed into your hairy friend when you finally found him.
“Why don’t you go on and we’ll catch up,” Blaine waved Josh along as you double over to catch your breath.
You shook your head and pointed to your dark haired coworker.
“Josh?” Blaine asked and you nodded.
Josh chuckled and pat Blaine on the shoulder, “Why don’t you go ahead and we’ll catch up.” Blaine shrugged and headed off to the next meeting. “So what’s going on?” Josh asked as you finally stood back up.
“Blaine,” you began and he raised an eyebrow. “I want the video from Saturday.” You knew Josh would never pass up a chance for recording bad dancing.
“You don’t want to see that,” Josh shook his head, “Chris is really awful.” You raised an eyebrow and he sighed before pulling out his phone and hitting a few buttons before queuing up a video and passing you the small device.
You watched as you poorly danced on Blaine but your breath caught when you watched your drunk self move in closer and closer until finally, your lips were on Blaine’s. After a little too long, the video stopped but you were still mid make-out session.
You got teary eyed again and looked to Josh as you passed his phone back. “How long has Blaine had feelings for me?”
Josh sighed, “I really don’t know. He doesn’t really talk about them. I do know the first time I saw the two of you, he was in deep.”
“What about me?” you asked softly.
Josh pulled you into a hug and answered softly, “That one is on you. I know you love him but you have to figure out in what way.”
A/N: Sorry this one is so short. I just felt like so sweet as is and didn’t want to add anything unneeded. Some action in the next one though. I promise. :)

“Motherfucker,” you groaned as your head pounded. You just wanted to roll over and go back to sleep but your head felt like someone squeezing on it. You heard a chuckle and you raised your middle finger in a general direction.
Blaine just laughed but you could he was trying hard not to be too loud, “Painkillers and water are on the coffee table and pancakes are almost done.”
You shot up and groaned again clutching your head. After the wave of pain subsided you blinked a few times to adjust to the light. “Did you saw pancakes?” you croaked. “You never make pancakes. Did we fuck?”
Blaine choked on the air and spun around towards you with a chuckle, “W-what?”
“Why are you making pancakes? What did I do? How bad is it?” your brain was trying to recall last night but it was fuzz and blackness after you demanded to dance.
“I figured you’d feel miserable after you pounded all those drinks last night. Figured I’d give you a good morning,” Blaine explained.
You narrowed your eyes at him but he just continued to make pancakes so you turned and took the painkillers waiting for you. You smoothed your hair down as best you could before going to stand but Blaine hurried over and handed you a plate.
“You're honestly a godsend,” you shook your head as you accepted the food then scooted over and pat the spot next to you. “Thank you for letting me crash on your couch by the way.”
“Anytime. I would have let you have the bed but you insisted on the couch,” Blaine explained.
“Drunk me loves couches. I’d love to know why since hungover me does not. I know I owe you for taking care of my ass so lunch is on my since you have breakfast covered,” you held up your forkful of pancakes before taking a bite.
Blaine laughed, “I think you may have to rain check that considering it's almost two.”
“Is it?” you reached over for your phone and saw he was right, “Shit. Looks like I had fun on twitter too. I’ll save that for later. So dinner is on me then. Delivery from wherever your heart desires since I can’t cook.”
“Oh, come on you can cook fine,” Blaine argued.
“Okay. Maybe I can cook but my ass is lazy,” you shrugged.
After you finished you pancakes you went back to your own apartment and showered before texting Blaine to come over for movies and games until dinner.
“What would you do without me?” Blaine asked as you laid across his lap as a Disney movie played across the screen and he munched on some Home Slice.
“Probably watch a lot less Star Wars,” you joked turning in his lap to face him better.
Blaine smiled down at you, “Really though. What if one of us didn’t watch Red Vs Blue then think that’s cool I want to work for that company. What if one of us never signed up to be guardians? What if one of us didn’t work at Rooster Teeth?”
You closed your eyes musing over the thought, “I don’t know. You’re my best friend. I love Chris and Josh and Aaron but I don’t think I could ever have a bond like we do. We just sort of click and always have. I’d still have fun at Rooster Teeth but I don’t know if it would be the dream job I always thought it was without you there by my side. Although if I was the one who missed the RVB train then I’d be a millionaire by now. I’d make some million dollar app rather than million dollars but.”
“Oh, yeah,” Blaine poked your side, “What fancy app would you make? Miss locked myself out of my own phone.”
You poked Blaine right back, “We’ll never know since I skipped half my computer classes to make stupid videos with you.”
“Yeah. Yeah. I’m glad though that we met. It wouldn’t be the same without you either,” he smiled down softly at you.

Song: Howlin’ For You - The Black Keys
“So you know the whole boyfriend not boyfriend thing that I may have told the new guy?” you asked getting up and shutting your door so you could speak to Blaine privately.
“Let me guess it didn’t work?” Blaine asked smugly.
“Yes,” you replied and he smirked, “But it also did.”
“What does that mean?” Blaine’s eyebrows scrunched together.
“It didn't work as in he gave me his number but,” you held up a finger before Blaine could say anything, “he told me if things didn’t work out between me and you.”
“Excuse me? Between you and who?” his eyes went wide.
“Me and you. He thinks my mystery man is you. He figured with you stopping by my office and seeing me and you on set today that we’re dating,” you admitted, cheeks heating up.
“So he just assumed by looking at us?” Blaine inquired. “That kid just thought we were dating.”
“That’s what he said,” you shook your head. “Blaine, I’m so sorry. I’ll tell him it was a lie. I shouldn’t have done so in the first place it was wrong.
“Well, you don’t really have to tell him,” Blaine scratched the back of his neck.
“Of course I do. We're not dating,” you pointed out.
“Well, no but you and your fake boyfriend are secret, right?” the blond began.
You nodded slowly, “Yeah. Where are you going with this?”
“I’m just saying why not let the kid believe it. You tell him and you’re going to have to go on a pity date with him. Both of us are single and if he already thought we’re together why not let him just think so. We don’t have to do anything differently,” your friend explained.
“Blaine, I don’t know how I feel about that. What is this spreads?” you questioned.
“Who’s going to question it? Newbie? He already thinks it's real. You think he’s going to rat us out? Everyone would laugh in his face. The rest of the company knows we’re just friends,” Blaine continued.
“Sure. Why not?” you shook your head, “Now come on, lover. We have a gym calling our name.
Blaine rolled his eyes and shook his head, following you out the door.
Your week flowed smoothly after that. It couldn’t have been more on schedule of you planned it. Eric still would show up here and there but as he got immersed in broadcast you saw less and less of him. Thursday you did go to lunch with him and it was surprisingly not super awkward. Besides your little slip up with the fake boyfriend thing, you couldn’t have asked for a better week.
“It’s the weekend!” you cheered running out of Stage 5.
“You’ve been yelling that for five minutes now,” Blaine laughed following behind you.
“And it’s still true,” you turned around to stick your tongue out at him.
He shook his head, “You got me there.”
“We should do something this weekend,” you mused, “We have no shoots. No responsibilities.”
“You mean like sit on the couch and play video games and eat whole pizzas?” he questioned.
“Ooo that is so tempting but I meant more like grab the rest of the crew and go to a bar or club, something. I want to let loose,” you did a little dance.
“If you want to plan it I’ll come along. We can share a ride there,” Blaine agreed.
“Yes!” you pumped your fist before looking over Blaine’s shoulder and saw Eric. Your eyes widened and in a moment of panic you reached out and grabbed Blaine’s hand and fell to his side walking next to him.
“Did I miss something?” he asked, cocking an eyebrow and holding up your hands.
“Just keep walking,” you whispered, “I’ll explain in a second.”
You looked over and saw Eric watching you who paused before waving. You waved over your shoulder. Blaine looked behind the two of you, “Oh. I get it.” He flashed the intern a smile before walking you to the passenger door and opening it up for you.
You climbed in and waited awkwardly as he ran around to the driver’s side.
As he started the car he turned to you, “You know if you wanted to hold my hand so badly you could have just asked.”
You smiled and punched his shoulder, “Shut up.”
“No, seriously once we get on the road you can hold it all the way home,” he teased.
“Sounds like you want to hold my hand,” you rebutted.
“You know who really wants to hold your hand?” Blaine waggled his eyebrows as he put the car into drive. “The cute new broadcast intern.”
“You’re so mature,” you rolled your eyes and crossed your arms though a smile teased at your lips.
“So is making up a boyfriend so you don’t have to turn a guy down,” he pointed out.
You shot him a look, “So is pretending to be the so-called boyfriend.”
“That was all him. Not me,” Blaine defended.
“Excuse me Mr. I volunteer as tribute. Don’t even,” you pressed the buttons for the radio and Blaine slapped at your hand.
“What have I said about the radio?” he fiddle with it for a moment before settling back on a station.
“That I get to play whatever I want,” you smiled proudly and clicked back to your station.
Blaine let out an overdramatic gasp, “How. Dare. You.”
“I dare very easily. Besides you don’t even listen to this station it is only preprogrammed for me. Why have it there if you're not going to let me play it even now and then?” you asked.
“So I can do this,” it was his turn to smile proudly as he switched it back to his station. “It's just for you to know its there and never being used.”
“Ass,” you laughed.
You grew quiet letting the music fill the silence as you pulled out your phone to check messages the rest of the way home. You only broke away for a moment to smile over at Blaine when you heard the station change back to yours a few minutes later. He stared out at the road like nothing happened but smiled back at you once your focus was off of him and back on your phone.
“If Chris and Aaron don’t show up soon I’m taking their shots,” you commented looking at the tray on the table in front of you.
Blaine laughed as Josh checked his phone once again, “They said they’d be here in five minutes.”
You checked your phone, “Aaand that was ten minutes ago. You snooze you lose.” You shrugged and picked up two of the shots pounding down one after another as Blaine laughed even louder.
Just as you set the glasses upside down with a clink a familiar voice chimed in, “What a wonderful way to be greeted.”
“Well, Marquis if you show up on time you don’t just get to watch you get to be a part of the party,” you commented and picked up another shot. “Here, Chris you can have mine since I had yours.”
Chris took it with a smile and Aaron frowned, “He was the reason we were late. He couldn’t find his shoes.”
“Chris. How do you not have more than one pair of shoes or at least know where your shoes are if you do. You waved your hand and kept the focus on Aaron, “He was not the one to give false promises of being here in five minutes.”
Aaron rolled his eyes, “I’m sorry. Okay?”
“That’s all I ask,” you nodded, “Chris still gets the shot though because it's amusing. Your first beer is on me though.”
“Fair enough,” Aaron dropped his arms and slid into the booth next to Josh.
The music was loud but the booth was far enough away that the five of you still could carry a conversation and with the drinks flowing. You felt warm but really good. You had lost count between the mixed drinks and shots but you already had a feeling tomorrow everything would be a blur.
The DJ switched from some poppy remix that you vaguely recognized from being played on the radio in Blaine’s car to a very familiar tune.
“Blaine!” you shouted and hit his arm. “Out! I need to dance! We need to dance! Let’s go! Out! Out!”
Blaine jumped in surprised but did as he was told and slid out of the booth, “I’m moving! I’m moving! Stop hitting me!”
You followed him and took a step towards the floor before looking back at the other three, “Come on!”
Josh waved his hand, “No. Any sort of jumping or gyrating and were going to revisit everything I have drank tonight and probably what I had for lunch.”
You looked to Chris and Aaron. Aaron just shook his head but Chris was already wiggling his way out of the booth.
“I knew you were my favorite for a reason,” you grinned, wrapping your arm around his.
“Hey!” Blaine interjected.
You shushed him and wrapped your free arm around his, “You’re my other favorite. Now, boys, I do believe the dance floor is calling our name.”
“I love you guys,” Chris hiccuped and leaned his head on your shoulder. You were drunk but he was faded.
You let go of Blaine to pat his head, “Love you too, buddy.”
The three of you found a spot and began dancing or at least what felt like dancing. If you looked anything like Chris and Blaine then you were just a mess of flailing limbs but it didn’t matter because you were having the time of your life.
After a few songs, Chris seemed pretty out of it so you sent him back to the table. You watched carefully over Blaine’s shoulder as he stumbled his way back. He made it through and laid his head on Josh’s shoulder.
“And then there were two,” you raised your eyebrows and gave a little hip shake.
“I’m feeling a challenge coming on,” Blaine smirked, raising his arms and giving a little shake of his own.
“Oh, a sexy off. Think you can handle it, Gibson?” you asked leaning forward and giving him a little shimmy.
Blaine licked his lips, giving you a hungry look but you were completely clueless as you continued to dance around. “You’re so on,” he finally answered and began gyrating to the beat.
The two of you danced, occasionally making silly faces at one another. The music slowed to a bump and grind song. You turned around and pressed against Blaine, slowly rocking with him. He was caught off guard but didn’t miss a beat as he wrapped his arms around your waist the two of you grinned together something that wouldn’t have ever been allowed if either of you were sober.
The song was coming to an end and you turned in Blaine’s arms, pressed against his chest you looked up at him.
As Blaine looked down at you, you caught a look in his eyes you just couldn’t quite place. It didn’t matter though because you couldn’t focus on his eyes. You were just so drawn to his lips. Slowly you pushed yourself up, standing on your toes in attempts to close the gap between the two of you.
Blaine smelled so nice. Did he always smell this good? He was so warm. His skin felt like fire as you wrapped your arms carefully around his neck, urging him to bring his face just a little closer to yours.
“Y/N,” Blaine whispered. He was close enough you could feel his breath on your lips.
You were as high as your toes would let you go and Blaine was still too far. You tangled your fingers into his blond waves, encouraging him.
A/N: Oh, look a second chapter! The songs are a little silly this time but the chapter is a little silly so it works together.

Song: Best Friend - Harry Nilsson & Call Me Maybe - Carly Rae Jepsen
“You what?!” Blaine cackled with laughter once both of you were situated in his car and headed to the apartment complex the two of you shared.
“I panicked!” you glared at him. “This sweet poor innocent kid just wanted to go on a date with me. It was his first day. I couldn’t just tell him to fuck off.”
“You’re right you couldn’t. Other people could. Normal people could,” Blaine teased.
You leaned over and punched his arm, “Not funny.”
“Hey, watch it Rocky. Don’t need a bruise. Remember I shooting topless tomorrow,” Blaine hammed it up rubbing his arm and you just rolled your eyes.
“Makeup will cover it up,” you said knowingly and punched him again though not as hard this time.
He pouted and you just shook your head at him.
“Want to hang out at my place tonight?” you asked changing the subject.
“Was planning on it if you asked me or not,” Blaine joked. It was just routine to switch hanging out at each other’s apartments after work.
“Pizza?” you questioned though you were already pulling out your phone to order.
“I’m on a diet. You know that,” Blaine gave you a look.
“True. I guess I can eat a whole pizza myself,” you pressed the contact for Home Slice.
“You wouldn’t dare eat pizza in front of me,” Blaine looked over at you, pulling into the complex.
“Watch me. I’m going to eat the whole thing. Nice and slow. I want to see you squirm, Gibson,” you laughed before calming yourself as they answered.
You placed your order as Blaine parked. “I hate you,” he mumbled.
“Just think of how much you’ll hate me in thirty minutes or less,” you joked and got out.
Blaine followed on your heels as walked to your apartment just a few doors down from his. It was funny because both of you had been looking for apartments around the same time and had been swapping stories of the ones you had been looking at during work. Neither of you told the other about your current complex since you had been told there was only one apartment left and it was a dream apartment. You only found out on moving day when you pulled up next to one another.
As soon as your front door was unlocked Blaine was at the fridge looking for a beer.
“Thought you were on a diet,” you noted, tossing your keys into a bowl and throwing your bag on the ground.
“Well, since I’ll be running it with pizza later might as well enjoy myself,” he sighed, shutting the fridge and tossing you a can.
“Not my fault you’re weak,” you teased.
“Alright, that’s it. I need to defend my honor. Put on Mario Kart,” Blaine pointed to the tv.
You gasped, “This must be serious.
The next day at work you were waiting around on set, chatting it up with Aaron when Josh made a beeline straight for you.
“What’s up?” you asked as he stopped in front of you.
“Can you please go talk to Blaine? I know he won’t hold up the shoot but I can tell he’s going have some trouble if someone doesn’t fluff his ego,” Josh explained.
“I’ll see what I can do,” you assured, patting Josh’s shoulder and walking back to the small changing room that Blaine would be in.
You knocked but opened the door anyways, closing it behind you. Blaine looked at you then down at the small outfit he was sporting.
You bit your lip trying not to laugh, “Now listen to this because how ridiculous that looks but you look great. I promise.”
“You sure?” Blaine shifted, showing how nervous he was.
You took his hand and squeezed it, “I promise. Now Mr. Hot Shot?”
He smiled and nodded, “Thank you.”
“Anytime. And I know. I know. No pizza tonight and double gym duty,” you sighed.
Blaine smiled, “Well, only because you suggested it.”
You rolled your eyes and dropped his hand before walking onto set with him.
“I don’t know how you do it,” Josh sighed as Blaine took his spot and you stood next to the camera.
“I do,” Aaron smirked.
“My methods are by the book and completely PG,” you said before sticking your tongue out.
“Not what I meant but since you suggested it,” Aaron teased.
You scrunched your eyebrows in confusion but before you could ask what he meant Josh called for quiet on the set.
Tuesdays were usually always more fun than Mondays. Usually, there was no meetings and always filming but you still aways ended up back in your office working on scripts. Will occasionally would yell at you for working so hard and joke you were making everyone else look bad.
There was a knock at your door and once again Eric stood in the doorway instead of Blaine.
You smiled, “You do know you don’t have to report to me at the end of each day? If anyone that would be Patrick.”
Eric grinned, “Uh, that’s a shame since you’re so much better looking.” He peeked out into the hall before moving closer. “I just wanted to give this to you.”
He hands you a folded piece of paper. You opened it to see a phone number scrawled across it.
“I know you’re dating but in case it doesn’t work out or you want to just hang out. I mean you and Blaine are cute and all but-”
“Me and Blaine?” you question.
“Oh, yeah! I’m sorry. I know you didn't want to tell me but when he stopped by yesterday I totally got it and I sort of caught you and him on set today when I passed through bringing back food for broadcast. Don’t worry I’ll keep my mouth shut but use that number any time you’d like,” he flashed a smile and walked out.
“Me and Blaine?” you repeated sitting back down, not even realizing you had stood. So your little fib may have just gotten a little deeper.
“You and me what?” Blaine asked walking into your office.
Your head snapped up looking at him as you gave him a guilty grin, “Boy, do I have a story for you.”
