8. what do you think about self insert x canon ships? would you play any?
If that's what floats someone's boat, then that's cool I guess, but that's not for me. It's at least more honest than people who write canon characters to use as self-inserts (i.e. to the point where they're written out of character), but it still kind of weirds me out to even think about.
9. what do you think about crossover ships? would you play any?
Crossover ships are my bread and butter, for the most part. Canon doesn't have anyone good enough for my fav? No fuckin' problem fam, the multiverse has a bitch somewhere-! And I mean, (as you well know) the only ships I've ever really considered for Gwen have been crossovers so, you know, been there, done that.

it had been a while since edwina first excused herself into the gardens for the evening. although the air was beginning to grow a bit cooler, she couldn’t be bothered to pay it much mind. in fact, it helped to bring her back down from the heaviness building inside of her chest. parties begin to grow overwhelming for edwina, especially coming to the end of another season. the swirling of suitors and other debutantes, the swell of violins and instruments as they echo the halls; the young diamond began to feel sick very quickly and snuck away into the backyard to try and catch her breath.
there is a small smile that begins to peek at the corner of her lips, her gaze not quite reaching dimitri’s as she lifts her head and dark curls fall like curtains around her face. ❝ that is very kind of you, but i don’t believe we should be alone with each other. you should rejoin the party. i would not want to spoil your evening as well. ❞
