OUR STAR OF THE WEEK ⭐ Congratulations to Eion. 💪🏽 He has done absolutely amazing over the last couple of months. He massively deserves our Star Of Week This week. Heres why, Eion has conquered his deamons physically and mentally. He has shown true determination, a focus only he can develop and challenged himself to change. 💪🏽 . His thoughts this far. As a serving soldier following a diagnosis of Complex PTSD(whereby I had to be signed off on long term sick) in July & a very low time in my life. A friend advertised Rage Fitness Veterans PTSD on Facebook, I decided to give it a go. To concentrate on my fitness (a healthy body a healthy mind). I was met with a friendly encouraging atmosphere. There knowldege, encouragement and help has been outstanding. Since November when I started the transformation in my health, fitness, confidence, my condition is unbelievable. I dont even have any thoughts of self harm any more. I feel like a member of the gym family. It has helped me so much, I feel like there is a light at the end of what was once a very dark tunnel. On recent visits to my Regiment, my colleagues and chain of command have commented on how well and confindent I look now. To Craig, Charlotte and staff I cant tell you how greatfull I am to all of you. Thankyou. Eion's Fitness journey is very unique. Loneliness/ isolation has significant mental & physical health problems attached to it.
