HAPPY TEN YEARS TO WRETCHED AND DIVINE TODAY AHHHH!!!!!
January 8th, 2013 was the day that this beauty of an album came out, along with many other things such as the movie “Legion of the Black” which is the visual storyline representation for the album.
The first two pics shown above are from the special Kerrang edition where Andy talks about the release of Wretched and Divine.
The next six pics are of Andy and Jake during that era of the band, and the last two are of the album itself(which I personally own) and a screenshot of Andy’s post today from Twitter giving us a little throwback to the ideas and emails of the concept of the beginning that would soon become W&D.
I hope you guys enjoy! 🖤
"The whole concept and the whole idea of [Black Veil Brides] ending broke my heart, but there was just... there was an element that we couldn't move past, and if we couldn't get past that, then it had to end because we couldn't be that anymore." — Andy on Vale
"We [the band] got together and had lunch and just said, 'Look, let's try to make these changes if we can, and let's not give up on this'. And then we started recording, and we just... it sounds hyperbolic, but we just fell in love again. That's the truth. As brothers, as friends. People say 'this is like the old days' — this is better than it's ever been. There's a connection within the band that we haven't had, and obviously a big part of it is Lonny Eagleton." — Andy
