Totally didn't forget about this piece

It's been a while since I did something for Coffee's AU!

Pretty happy with this one! Uh, with the exception of the poor coloring for the desk... (I was experimenting a bit).

The unfinished version I posted long ago (I think I did at least??) is under the cut:

Just realized I never posted this...

A long while ago, when I first saw Blossom by @oc-alley, she reminded me of my own Inkypetals fanchild, Azrael! (Two great minds think alike hehehe!)

And so, I was inspired to draw them interacting with each other :3

I think they'd be pretty good siblings, despite their differing personalities. Too bad they have such different upbringings though...

Just a little question👀

Hehehe, lemme add onto that thought:

Bendy uses Pebble to cause the fight AND/OR gets Pebble on his side

Now, why?

Well, I'd like to believe that our Darling Dancers had adopted Pebble (when he was like practically baby young) before they broke up, thus Pebble already looked at the both of them as his 'parents'

But suddenly, they're divorced/broke up! Pebble no longer has both his parents! Now, insert Astro! He's there and now he's practically his new parent... right?

Wellll, kind of. Like most young Toons, Pebble is gonna be mostly imprinted onto his parents, who are Bendy and Dandy. Astro is kinda just a filler to him.

So, yeah, Pebble DOES want his parents back together, but he doesn't want to break Dandy's heart!

And uhh I still gotta figure out the rest from there like what was the fight about and all-

BUT, do note that another reason why Bendy is using Pebble because Dandy knows Bendy. There were together for a very long time and at a very young age. So Bendy had to do something Dandy wouldn't expect!

Now let's skip to Dandy yeah?

Dandy is mad. Confused.

They don't normally fight like this. Did he do something wrong? But then what about Astro?

Enters Bendy

Who tries to comfort him, but Dandy ain't taking it. The demon already did enough for him, good and bad. Dandy doesn't want any more of it.

But Bendy persists.

His words are honey. Smooth, sweet. Enticing. He uses certain nicknames, ones Dandy once heard a lifetime ago, under the warm candlelight of times past.

Past... right. Those were the past.

Dandy needs to remember that.

So, sternly (or so he hopes it is, with this familiar twinge in his chest), Dandy tells the other to leave.

And Bendy obliges.

But as the door clicks close, realization begins to set in...

That demon still has a hold in his heart.

After all, why would he let in someone he's supposed to hate?

Oh btw for nicknames, I'd like to think of more "personalized" nicknames they'd have:

Darling (obviously)

Fiore (Italian for 'Flower' 'cause ain't no way Bendy doesn't know "romantic" languages)

....Petals???

Huh, never thought to make Dandy chubby. Kinda assumed he was mostly fit yet somewhat "chubby" since he was a dancer and all

Nor do I really see Astro as a control freak (like, I know fanfics don't have to be close to canon, but like, Astro in DW does not give me any sort of control freak vibes), however, I can see how the whole "eating" thing can be used still!

So, yes, before when Dandy and Bendy were a thing, Dandy was a bit on the chubbier side, considering back then the duo didn't really care for such things. They were dirt poor, who cares if they ate a little unhealthy?

Now, skip to after the break-up and whatever. Astro insists that Dandy should be more mindful of what he eats, how much he eats. And, because he loves him, Dandy listens.

(But also because Astro points out that as the Head of the Health Department, Dandy is supposed to be a role model to other Toons and it'd seem hypocritical of the Head of the Health Department to do things considered unhealthy)

Skip to the present. Bendy notices that Dandy and Astro are going through some relationship issues (he totally doesn't know about it, nor does Pebble). And so, like a good "old friend," Bendy tries to "help." He allows Dandy to feast on his favorite foods/snacks and does not reprimand him for indulging in himself.

In fact, Bendy encourages him.

Bendy holds Dandy as he murmurs sweet nothings into the flower Toon's ears, allowing him to munch on all he desires. Giving him all he desires. Both physically and... uh in words?? Anyways-

And now, each time Dandy feels down, he goes to the kitchen, gets his favorite foods, heads towards wherever Bendy is headquartered, and they spend time together. Dandy allows Bendy to, basically, coddle him.

The worst part though? Dandy knows he shouldn't do this. He's with Astro. This is his ex. The one who ruined him.

That's like the fastest I've written, I think?

It's for my "Unsaid Dandy AU." Inkypetals is the focus aka the main relationship in it but can you really call it that if one is gone?

Anyways, here's a snippet of it.

I dunno if I wanna make this fic a oneshot or multi-chapter. We'll see how it goes.
