These Blackened Catfish Tacos are bursting with flavor and make for a delightful seafood dish. The spicy blackened catfish pairs perfectly with cool avocado slices, crisp cabbage, and tangy tomatoes, all wrapped in warm flour tortillas. They're easy to make and even easier to devour!

Ingredients: 4 catfish fillets. 2 tablespoons blackening seasoning. 8 small flour tortillas. 1 cup shredded cabbage. 1 avocado, sliced. 1/2 cup diced tomatoes. 1/4 cup chopped cilantro. 1 lime, cut into wedges.

Instructions: Spread the seasoning for blackening out evenly on both sides of the catfish fillets. Set a skillet over medium-high heat and oil it a little. Grill catfish fillets for three to four minutes on each side, or until they turn black and are fully cooked. Use a separate pan or the microwave to warm up the tortillas. For each tortilla, put some cooked catfish on it. Shred cabbage, avocado slices, diced tomatoes, and chopped cilantro should be put on top of each taco.
