This one is only hard because I don’t know what measures you’ve taken already but I suggest seeking professional help for yourself meaning therapy and finding professional help with parenting meaning a postpartum doula, a nanny, a housekeeper, etc. I’d also suggest trying to find the joy in the small things. I know with depression that can be hard but sometimes there’s a glimmer of hope. Take that, latch on to it and smile. There are so many options and I pray that you are open to exploring them!
