He’d been thinking about the date he was going to take her on since basically the moment he asked her, actually before he asked her, because he didn’t want to mess it up so it had to be perfect, a nice restaurant and ice cream!  That’s what Tendou told him she’d like.

“Aren’t you the girl I helped a while back?” That’s right, she’d given him something as thanks recently, too. He’d downed the water that day and nibbled on the snack she’d handed over, but now it was his turn to treat her.

Holding a can of coffee out to her, he offered the extra he had gotten. The machine had spit out so many after he grabbed his, but he felt bad grabbing more than he needed. If she needed a little pick-me-up, then the guilt would disappear.

            “Hmm... Perhaps I don’t have to get a photograph of their team practicing... I think it wouldn’t really benefit the club that much, but there’s some sort of unspoken rule about videos as well... and there’s plenty of footage at Oikawa’s disposal of Shiatorizawa anyway... Hmm...” Tapping his chin as his legs swung against the fence he was sitting on outside the school during club hours. Anyone passing by that worked at the school he explained he was waiting for a friend who attended Shiratorizawa, but really he was trying to figure out why the club wanted him to come here.
