What you want, like has been said before and will be said again, if fundementally not possible. Black is the absence of light, so a light emitting diode cannot be black. What you want, is your own light catcher. You basically want your own mini voids that can be turned on like leds. That is not possible, with our understanding of science and shit that just can’t be made in a consumer friendly compacity.

Now let’s say there is a way to create these mini voids, for them to give off the effect you want, there has to be another light source. If you have mini voids in a room with no other light the room will just be dark, you need another source of light to first light the room for these mini voids to be taken away.
