According to Page Six, the family of Blac Chyna’s assistant is preparing to sue her as well as they’ve made her decision to take the woman off life support. As of last Monday, Lorena “Patty” Hernandez had a “third brain bleed” and was pronounced dead. _____________________________________________ Hernandez family is preparing to sue Chyna due to her allegedly abusing Hernandez & not providing workers comp. Page six previously reported that both Tyga & Rob Kardashian donated $5000 & $10,000 when Hernandez suffered a brain hemorrhage/seizure via a GoFundMe Page back in January to help cover the expenses. Her family expressed that Chyna claimed to help care for Hernandez kids during this time, which was false. ____________________________________________ Hernandez family also stated that this originally occurred at Lashed Salon (Blac Chyna’s Salon) & that Chyna only showed to the hospital the day it occurred (Back in January). They feel like Chyna only showed up to the hospital to tell the staff not to tell anyone where this occurred.
