I am on an organization kick while healing. I recently made a few of @ekramer3 bit trays and then remixed them to add a few sizes for my application. I posted a video of the Process on the Tube tonight. He has since updated design and you can customize the sizes you might need. If you don't have Fusion360, then my remix will give you a couple of other options for organization of bits, tooling, pens, and whatever small bits&bobs you may need to tidy up in the shop, garage, office, or house.
