I figure I wasn't going to start Insanity until one of my partners feel better, ampingmylife, on the other hand, hope my other partner, bitefest reads the message I sent him.
And since im not doing anything yet... I started my 30 day green smoothies challenge. A green smoothie for breakfast and lunch for the next 30 days and then a whole meal for dinner.
So far its been a banana and spinach for breakfast and an apple and spinach with protein powder for lunch. Last year I lasted about 25 days before I rung the bell and decided I needed food and it was during the second half of Insanity that I started trying it.So im going to attempt that this year and start off Insanity as well.
