but i think the whole idea of the team trusting reed and then reed turning on them is really bittersweet
johnny was pretty skeptical of the entire situation, as in: "dude, are you sure that's reed? you're sure that's not an alien or something?"
he trusted him and thought him to be family and then he turned on him and even nearly killed sue

This is the fucking point, they were putting mutants in fucking work camps and it was a VERY obvious holocaust analogy and instead it turned into something cheap and common and "da machines dey went bad and now we're all dyin it's like da matrix"
