“Babe..” Rory huffed, slowly walking into the kitchen where Juliet had been making some coffee’s. “Why did I just get a call from my lab partner explaining how she can’t work with me because she is afraid of being burned on a pile of dirty rags and pine needles?” His tone was clearly pissed off. She was usually crazy, and he could handle it in most cases. Not today, today he was pissed. He had to get that work done, and without his partner there was no way he could get a good grade.

“Do you really think this is a good idea?” Rory sighed, rubbing his neck as they drove towards the party that they had been invited to earlier that day. “I mean, don’t get me wrong or anything, it’s just that, well you’re not exactly the type to go to parties like this. When you try, your anxiety acts up and you always end up wanting to go home. Not only is it a party, it’s outside, and it’s crowded. There’s going to be a lot of drinking, loud music, it’s like one of those high school drama films. I don’t know, just seems like a lot for you to handle. We’re still pretty new here.”

Evangeline was fucking screwed. She got caught up with the wrong people at the wrong time. Drugs, she should of been smarter than this. It seemed so simple, so innocent. Of course on of their men was a rat, and the whole thing got turned upside down almost instantly. Now she was in prison, nobody to talk to, nothing to distract her. This was going to be hell, and she could barely stand the thought of breaking down in here. As she got assigned to her bunk, she eyed the different inmates. Nobody had given her a hard time yet, but it was only a matter of time. She tried to simply stay silent and polite her first few days. No need to rush into anything crazy, even though this was prison.

His hands slid to her thighs, and he wrapped them around his hips to make both more comfortable, leaning down to kiss her neck and jaw, so very tenderly.
