So... this was an idea that snuck up on me last week, and after bothering the immaculate, super talented @issylra, asking if she'd create a mock-up tour poster for my fictional fucking band AU, she not only said yes, but churned this out in a day??

Hello dearest writer! Popping in one last time to say I gave him a shirt and a necklace bc he felt unfinished. Have a merry christmas!
Hob pokes his head around the curtain blocking him from Dream and finds the man right up to the front of the stage, one leg bent up and resting on a speaker. The girls in front of him are going crazy. Hob squints, wondering what’s prompted Dream to shift, even a little, from his usual position. And then he sees it.
The strap to Dream’s instrument is hanging loose from the bottom of his guitar, pooled onto the floor, and he’s using his thigh to support the weight of the bass while he continues to play.Â
Hob looks around, wondering where Morpheus’ tech is, and has a sudden realization: he hadn’t checked in a bass tech for Dream tonight. Hob looks at his clipboard, uselessly flipping pages over, looks over at the line up of backup bass guitars, and finally back to Dream, who’s continuing to awkwardly play while keeping up the heavy guitar.

Hob pulls his headset down to rest over his shoulders and slips casually onto the stage, his heart in his throat. He taps Dream once on the shoulder to indicate his presence before dipping low and grabbing the strap that dangles onto the floor.Â
It’s so goddamn loud on the stage and Hob is hyper aware of Desire marching around, holding the mic in their hands and Despair’s punishing performance on the drums. His fingers shake slightly as he pulls the leather strap around Dream’s back, carefully attempting to reattach it to the post at the top of his guitar, thankful now for how still Dream is while continuing to match the beat.

It's me! The tortured Anon who didn't wanna draw a guitar! Well, here you have it, the fruits of my labor! I am not an artist, so you are not allowed to make fun of the way I drew the guitar, and I am not a musician, so you are not allowed to make fun of how I drew him holding it. You will notice he is shirtless! It is because after summoning all my power to draw his fucking hands holding that guitar I simply could not draw his long black coat, though I did try, and then scribbled out the entire background bc I couldn't erase it completely. I also couldn't find a good place to have his guitar strap. Bonus- my cat's helpful contributions.
