Movie night || Juniper x Birdie
A low groan left their lips as they were standing in the middle of the chaos called their home. The apartment was quite spacious which only meant that they could fill it with thousands of trinkets that some people would consider trash. But how could they get rid of the little stones on the beach that they went to years ago with their best friend in Germany? How were they supposed to throw away the dried bouquet that they got themselves on their birthday? Was it a Little sad? Yes, but it still had emotional value to them. So the bouquet was staying in the glass bottle on a shelf filled with other trinkets. It was not like they didn’t tidy up regularly. Once a week or maybe every two weeks, they would tidy up. Certainly it was not some Marie Konto level of tidiness, but was sufficient. But it would only last for two or three days.
Getting tired of tidying up they lied down on the floor and stared at the ceiling. “Maybe Juniper doesn’t mind it”, they picked up the small plushie and talked to it. The they wrench their nose, “yeah, I know I should still tidy up because it’s respectful and whatever. I don’t want to look too bad. It’s not like Juniper has never seen my mess before…Argh! I know, it’s no excuse. A messy place isn’t inviting to chilling. You are right, Brötchen” after debating with their childhood plushie, they got up and continued with their seemingly never ending endeavor. After two hours, the place looked quite nice, Brötchen the Teddybär was sitting neatly in the couch and there was enough time for a proper shower before their friend came over.
Even though, Estella wasn’t the group that they first worked with, they were the first group that they had been around since the beginning of the group. It felt like it was just yesterday that they dort got to meet the girls and work on their choreo for their first album. Now they already knew each other for two years. It seemed so surreal. Putting on a simple black low side tank top, the once promising idol looked at themselves in the mirror. Their long sleek black hair was still a little damp from the shower. They might not be the star they once dreamed to be, but they could live a fairly good life off something that they were passionate about, dancing.
As the door bell rang. They quickly put on some necklace then rushed to the door. A bright smile instantly spread across their face as they landed their gaze on the idol. “You’re a little late, Juniper. Come in!”
